On Saturday, I found this bomb tracksuit at a local spot called DAV. It was the first thing that caught my eye in the store. The name "Deb" embroidered on the jacket and the "Star Steppers" on the back immediately drew me in. love pieces that look like they have a story behind them-- which explains my odd obsession with old clothing. Gwen googled the "Star Steppers" and she found a little dance team, so the "backstory" for this tracksuit is that it belonged to an old dance coach. At that moment, Dance Coach Deb rose from the ashes.

Monday rolled in and I took on the persona of many characters, like Gina from "Martin, an athlete's mama, and most importantly--Dance Coach Deb. Deb really pushed through, y'all. A shawty was bustin sashays and pirouettes all day.

The look was perfect for my pre-Halloween turn up and the whole set was $8, which is blacktastic; My pixie cut tied the look together. The haunted house in the Rec Center closed earlier than expected, so I didn't get to turn up in a spooky way, but I enjoyed the presence of my friends.
